The importance of good character

 Introduction

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Grantor of Mercy

All praise be to Allah, and may His finest peace and blessings be upon His final prophet, Muhammad ﷺ, who said, “I have not been sent except to perfect noble character.”1 Cultivating good character and moral excellence—towards God and towards His creation—is therefore the primary objective of Islam. But in order to effectively develop this in people, Islam centralized certain moral qualities that serve a foundational role upon which all other virtues can be built. Ḥayāʾ (healthy shame) is without doubt from among these qualities, so much so that the Prophet ﷺ deemed it the very hallmark of Islam by saying, “Every religion has its signature character trait, and the signature character. building good character is everything you need to be a good person and successful productive people in society.

ASSIGNMENTS 1 are human beings born to be naturally selfish creatures.  

 I do not believe that all human beings born to be naturally selfish creatures.  It is just not possible for many reasons.  First of all, human beings are  born as innocent  babies who come into the world without  knowing  anything, so they have to be  socialized  by many different  sociological  agents.,   These sociological agents  include many individuals and  social groups such as parents even  if they are  not well  rounded people,  family,  friends,  work, school and even society  itself.   A person( baby or babies )  grow slowly  and they need  all of these Individuals, people, and social groups  to help them gain a perspective  or world view, in, order to learn about  social norms,  morals,  good and bad  behaviors,  how to build good character gain knowledge,  a good education,  and a large well connected social capital networks  of  friends,  people you  know. This is   in order to achieve your dreams and goals in life to be a successful  productive,  member of society who  knows  how to a good decision that not only  benefits himself or herself ,  but benefits  all of society as well.   This is why I say it is impossible to be selfish we need people to function live, and especially, being successful no one can be successful entirely and completely by themselves. We need help from people for everything.  As a result, human beings are social creatures. In my opinion, people have to learn to be selfish. Selfish behavior is learned not Innate by human nature.  I believe people are not initially selfish they are initially good at heart. Selfishness is a behavior thought by selfish people.  as a result, It takes a long time to teach a person how to be mean, selfish and self-centered and not to help or care about other people, but it does not take  a long time to  teach people  how to be  loving, caring, compassionate and patient Individuals.  

As. a result of selfishness being a learned behavior, I believe in (having companionship with people even without the demands of friendship sometimes because connecting with others is a basic need of human nature.  Selfishness can be   caused by loneliness so surround yourself with friends and you will not be selfish.  In addition, people have less of a need for patience with regard to the pace of face to face interaction with others due to technology, Even though people crave intimacy and companionship with others, in my opinion, people cannot have good relationships intimacy and companionship   on a full level without of face to face interaction with others. That is why I believe that the technology we are using is destroying and eliminating of face  to face interaction  with others which dials down human  contact which we is very necessary for companionship to  happen.    This is because people are afraid to be alone we crave human contact with each other.  As A Result, I believe human beings are social by nature. The Internet may increase contact for people who do not see each other very offend or on a daily basis    In other words I believe that people have to meet each other at some point for face to face interaction with others in order to have a real relationship with people, but the Internet is eliminating the need for people to actually see each other anymore in society This is one very negative aspect of the Internet in the interactions of people in society, 

I believe That Selfishness Is only created not born, so in order for human beings  not to become selfish they need to know what they want to achieve  in life so I ask you this.,.  What do people desire the most in their lives? Do people want religion, love, attention, technology, money, fame, intelligence, or peace? In addition, maybe people just want friends to feel as if they belong in this world. Therefore, do people just want others to like them for who they really are as individuals? Even though, the fundamentals  principals of  society  have out casted individuals who are  very different, unique “out of the  ordinary “people who are not classified as normal by the judgmental stereotypical superficial standards of society, just because some people adapt to their  environment and work (  In different ways or in a variety of  ways uniquely suited to them  example people with  disabilities or people with  uniquely different special hidden abilities that  the  majority of  the supposedly “normal”  unaccustomed people cannot see  due to their  lack of awareness and the willful ignorance ) This does not mean that these people are not normal.   .. The world we live in is not normal, but then again what is normal anyway?  There Is no  such thing as normal everyone  has his or her own version of normal what is normal  for one person In everyday life might not be normal for me or you so therefore people are all normal In their own personal perspective so be who you are or who you want to be  free have fun.  Do not give into peer pressure you are your own person unique and special Individuals in your own way know that they are accepted in society. On the other hand, people can admire a person for standing up for what they believe in, in order to fight for justice, to make a difference and change the world. The truth is nobody knows what the answer is to what people desire the most out of life. Is it possible for one person to desire too much out of life?  As a result, the desires of the human heart are too irresistible to control. Although, the most important aspect to remember is how people use their hearts desires to impact the world.  Every person has a very unique personality with different interests, along with his or her own, dreams and goals to achieve in life. As a result, it is impossible to tell what each person desires in this world. This is a mystery that has eluded mankind since the dawn of time. As a result, this makes some people’s minds wonder deep inside their souls to seek the potential they have to make their talents blossom into something great that they can offer the world. This is why people fantasize.  Fantasies make the world seem like a better place to live because the subconscious mind does not have any limitations.
