Advertisements and Media Influence on Society http:
www.genderads.com/page6/slideshow-46/

This advertisement  is targeting young, tall heterosexual white males who are  teenagers and young men in their early twenties. This advertisement has media reinforced masculinty because there is a traditional trough guy image with girlfrend’s arms wrapped his neck. The advertiment is a media stereotypes of masculinity. The media is portraying a young white male who is very confidant, attractive who wants to have success and power. The gender audience of the avertisment is directed torwards young white men. In addition, this advertisment also has a sterotypes of young women in their late twenties the woman in the avertisment is portrayed to be this very attractive petite sexy who is in fancy high hills which look like they cost at least twenty dollars. This avertisment is only targeted white upper class and middle class men who are hertrosexual. and these young men can aford to buy expansive popular name brands sneakers like skechers which cost about fithty to sixty dollars a pair. A lower class citizen can not aford to buy name brand shoes. In my opinion the couple I the avertisment is a white italian or Hispanic because the man is following a steriotypes of a controling man with power.

This advertisement is for Sports and tech gadgets from company Sympatico.
msn   a picture really does says a thousand words. This advertisement is targeted towards teenagers, young white women in their early twenties the younger generation of white girls and young white rich females.   I know that the person in my advertisement is a rich white woman because her eyelashes are very long, refined clean, and her eyebrows are very thin they look waxed, cut. She also appears have a light skin tone a delicate soft complexion.   This advertisement has media reinforced femininity because the woman’s face is very bright, attractive out going, the advertisement is a stereotype of a young rich successful woman In the 21 century. In my opinion, the woman in my advertisement is of Jewish race because of media stereotypes which began in 1994 that depicts young Jewish white women as princess. This is actually is being portrayed in the advertisement because the woman appears to be very attractive, elegant pure successful woman her eye is very big round and expressive.  In my opinion, the woman in my advertisement is Asian or Italian ethnicity because of her refined facial features such as her blue eye color, the shape of her eye is very big round and expressive and media stereotyping of Asian and Italian ethnicities. This advertisement is towards young white heterosexual woman because the advertisement is showing the world through the perception of young white heterosexual woman who is unaware of the true reality of the world she lives in due to the distraction of technology. The woman in the advertisement is heterosexual because heterosexuality is the normal in our society, so as a result this advertisement is trying to get heterosexual people away from norms of technology.  This is in order for white heterosexual women to become more open, aware of and accepting of other people problems cultures from different races, ethnicities around the world to help fix the world’s problems and make the world a better place for humanity to live in future generations. In my opinion no matter where or what race who you are in our structured society, people really need to open their eyes in order to be aware of what is really happening In the world as opposed to what appears to be happening in the world around them. This advertisement is targeted towards white heterosexual young women who are middle-class citizens. Despite the fact that a majority of people In society love technology and they would like  to get a new cell phone iPad or laptops Lower class working citizens cannot afford these luxurious products  because  an iPad or cell phones  cost 300 to 500 dollars a product.  That is more than what a working class citizens makes in a month in reality only upperclassmen and middle-class citizens can afford to buy the newest upgrade on a fancy phone like the Samsung galaxy or an alien ware laptop which costs more than 1,200 dollars. Even  though this advertisement is for technological advancements like cell phones, camera ; and gadgets in my opinion this advertisement is a statement about how people in society today that they are so busy, focused distracted by technology that people are:”blind’ to the world  around. Sometimes people do not “see” what is right in front of them. Things are not always what they appear to be. There is a fine line between what things appear to be and what they actually are. Reality is not always black and white. Each person has his or her own perspective and an opinion about what reality appears to be and what reality actually is People in society do not really look at the world around them in detail proves that in this advisement.   society has many different layers and your perception of the world changes as find the true meaning as you peel away the layers like as onion, they just tend to look and think about the first layer of objects.

Both on my advertisement have a white heterosexual audience. They are both focusing on upper and middle class citizens. Even they both advertise different products the way the media advertises the products is the same. Each advertisement its own unique way of approaching its audience and selling their products.
