   I believe that the purpose of all technology is to improve society as a whole. Technology is supposed to make it easier for human beings to live, work and perform job tasks, faster and more effectively in different ways. Even though technology is supposed to be helpful, social media is creating a barrier to work efficiency, because employees are becoming more distracted by the news and the conversations of everyday life. I have always known that there is global inequality in the world’s education system let alone in the United States of America. I just did not know how severe social Inequalities of the education system were In the United States. The statistics of the different populations of poor children in schools, the overcrowded classes and the students in the comparison between rich and schools really surprised me.
